How many rain sensors?

You can place one sensor in each zone for best watering results. Currently each zone only allows one sensor.

Hi Bob,

 

You can go to Settings->Programs to edit it.


To delete a schedule on a certain day, you can go to the schedule page, select the date, tap the programs and there will pop up a window for you to skip the schedules.

Error in watering ?

Hi Davide,


The app is correct and we will fix the error for the web version in the next release.

We checked from our server side and 5 waterings were OK. When Netro finishes running a watering schedule, it will send a confirmation to the cloud server. In this way, the could server knows whether the schedules are correctly executed or not.

The exclamation mark means the cloud server did not receive the confirmation from the device. In your case, the schedules afterwards are all correctly run and confirmed so don't worry about it. It could just be a temporary network issues. But if that happens a lot please check the WiFi signal strength. If you use a WiFi extender, please make sure it is connected to the main router stably.

Currently the app has a bug to prevent user add station ID from the app, it will be fixed soon in our next release. If you want to change Weather underground station ID, you can let us know. We will change for you.

Dear customer,


EPA standard encourage longer water time and less water frequency, which will help growth of the roots. It will also break long water time to several small slots to prevent water runoff. If you think the smart schedules water too much , you can either change to different smart zone mode (ECO), or you can set up your own programs and set up your smart zone in basic level.
