does not save location settings

I go to 'settings', location, and see OH United states.  the fields are protected and cannot be entered.  I go to the city I activate the samsung pass which enters the country Italy.  Save.  but when I return he did not save.

Weather underground station iD

I try to setup station I’d for weather underground (IVALDE12). The app says invalid station id. Does any of you have a clue?

It would be nice to assign the wire color for each zone in the app.  Doesn’t need to be prominent but maybe on the setting > zones screen.

Watering days

Home display is correct and shows Last watering the day before at the date and time in the program (watering planned everyday) but under Discover many days are shown as if there has not been any irrigation.

What could be the reason why ?

Cannot add sensor to Pixie controller

I had to replace a Pixie and cannot add a sensor to the area of garden it irrigates. The Timer->Settings->Sensor contains no add button.    Android 12 on a Samsung S21, App version 3.0.1


What am I missing?

Manual Run works intermittently

I find the most of the time when I do a manual run, the station select get stuck on communicating….  I keep trying over a period of time and eventually one of the times I hit the Play button it goes straight to Watering and the manual run is successful.

Zone Size Setting With Overlapping Sprinklers

Hi,


How do I set zone size for lawn areas sprinklers that overlap one and other?  For example, I have 6 zones, and in the front Zone 1 and Zone 2 overlap the areas they water in some cases.  So, in my case if the area covered by both zones is a total of 1000 feet, do I set each zone for 500 feet or each zone for 1000 feet.  Thanks.

Nice to see improvements with end user in mind. Love the simpler home screen. Found it totally easy to set program for new grass seed for remote site from my bed. I know I sound like an employee but I am really enjoying this app and product.

Is anyone else having a hard time getting this thing to work? I purchased a Pixie to automate watering my tomato plants in a small garden bed, but so far it's been beyond frustrating.


The app either shows the Pixie on standby or offline,but it's clearly communicating with it... if I pull down to refresh, the green light on the Pixie starts to blink.


However, I just can't the Pixie to actually work as a timer. I set up a program with a watering schedule, but the Pixie doesn't listen to it, and it doesn't show up in the calendar. When I try to start manual watering through the app, the time is crossed out, and pressing play / start does nothing whatsoever.


The home screen is also super unhelpful and shows no past or scheduled watering times. The only way I have been able to get the Pixie to water is to walk up to the unit and press the button twice... but the app doesn't register those either.


What am I missing? Unfortunately, the Pixie manual doeant explain the app at all. Is there a new user guide somewhere that I haven't found?


Honestly, I haven't been as frustrated with a piece of tech in a long time, and am about to return it if I can't find a solution in the next few days.

Is there a way that Netro can allow 30 second waterings? This would allow Netro to be compatible with some of the tower gardens that use soil and have internal irrigation systems.

Replacement battery packs for Pixie?

Just booted a pair of Pixies for the coming grow season having recharged the packs via USB.  One unit is fine, the other booted one then shutdown and is dead.  I swapped the batteries around and the problem followed the the battery.   I don't see a replacement battery pack on the store so how do I get this replaced?   Pixies got bought last year.

I have a big problem with my pixie, since I bought them. I have them connected into the app, but when I open the tap they never cut the water, the irrigation is on all the time.  


Do anyone knows where is the problem?

Dark Sky Weather

Does anyone know why the Dark Sky weather service was removed and replaced with Netro Weather.  My system has work great until today.  All six zones ran this morning and we had roughly an inch of rain yesterday.  Never had this issue with Dark Sky.
