No issues for a long time (2 years). Ran already today, now will not manually turn on. Reset once and re installed unit once. Is there an outage?

I did 3 separate manual runs for zones 1, 2, 3, 7 today and my moisture percentage didn't change at all.   

Zone 1-11 minutes each run

Zone 2-11 minutes each run

Zone 3-06 minutes each run

Zone 7-06 minutes each run

So in total zones 1 and 2 ran 33 minutes each, and zones 3 and 7 ran 18 minutes each.  

Why am I still showing the same 65% moisture level that I showed before I did any of these manual runs today?

Hi, I’m using Netro for a couple of weeks and I’m happy Wilhems it.

The o ley problem is the difiltity un reading some text in the IoS App. That’s because the letters are in a gray colour over a white backgroung, and is quit haré to read it.

Any suggestion about ?

My yard is browning due to water starvation, I don’t think it’s watering enough. It’s been hot and dry here for a few weeks, no rain. I want to preserve my lawn and garden!!  I have smart irrigation enabled and I exepect the algorithms to be smarter than I am. I guessed on my soil type as sandy loam, I am a rookie. Help!!

Installed Pixie and Whisperer. Are they supposed to communicate? 

I have a zone that Is not coming on.  I hear the pump going but the zone is not watering at all.  This has been since I first hooked up the system 3 wks ago.

When I turn on manually by pressing two times it’s fine. However the water turns off automatically after a minute or two. Is this right?  How do I get it to stay on longer so I can shut it off manually 

Also should the LED stay on all the time?

Is there any plan to allow for Smart things compatibility on the Netro units?

For the last week all the watering events in my calendar show an exclamation warnings symbol. But I have no way of knowing what that means. I have no alerts from the system. My grass looks like it's dying. What is going on? 

How do I reset all the programs in the watering schedule and clean up the calendar ? 

Sensor 2 says moisture level is 7% after very heavy rain, but the weekly view says 92%

Had to replace a solenoid on the valve on one of my 2 zones and when I do a manual 5min watering on zones 1 or 2 none of them start. I can hear the click of the main valve opening but none  of the zone 1 or 2 valves is opening...if I use the override on the valve to open manually, the water does pass...seem the controller is not sending any open command to eather solenoid of zone 1 or 2 ..

Hello All, I have three zones and created a program to do a deep water for 20 min. Starting from 5AM and ending at 6AM which is expected to run every 3 days. This morning was the first time I ran it and noticed on my home screen it said watered for 5 min. Any reason why this changed? I'm thinking smart watering has to do with this? If so, I'd like to try and keep this feature for the rain aspect (not to run when it will rain). I read if you disable smart watering (which I can't find this feature anymore), then it will still run the  program when it rains,anyway if I'm in the right ballpark to have your cake and eat it too.

Is it possible to link an activity such as a scheduled zone watering to switch a specific smart light? I have 6 smart lights in my kitchen and would love if they where linked to my 6 watering zones.
