Dear customer,

Could you please attempt to bring the device online briefly? When the device is disabled, it goes offline and doesn't receive the latest watering cancellation commands, causing it to follow the original watering schedule.

Increase Run Time Per Zone

Dear customer,
You can increase the watering duration according to the deep watering strategy and reduce the watering frequency. The recommended watering time is 60 minutes per zone, but it can be extended to 120 minutes using the program settings. If you have 4 zone, be aware that watering each zone for too long may not be completed between 2 AM and 8 AM.
