I am a distributor of netro products in Vietnam market
My customer just sent back a product with a burnt electronic device inside (pictured). can you tell me what the possible reason is and how to fix it.
- 220V (stable) power supply
- no lightning or explosion
- Full safety equipment to protect electrical equipment when there is a problem.

Weather not updating

NetroWeather not updating, other weather apps only update if they are resubmitted every couple of days, is it possible to add other weather providers to the app?

No restrictions set, yet program is skipping because of user restrictions

I have no restrictions set, yet the app is indicating that restrictions are set and scheduled days are being skipped when they should not be.  Please see app screen shots.

App Crashes on login iOS 15.1.1

Hello,


Every time I go to login to the app, it crashes back to the iOS Home Screen. I’m running iOS 15.1.1 on an iPhone mini.

Master valve issue.

Hi. 
My systems master valve is turning of 2.5 min into a watering session. 
The zone timer keeps counting down but the master valve turns of early and won’t restart. 

This is happening to all zones

If I shut down the app and restart, it works for the 2.5 min and shuts down again. 

I was wondering if there had been a software update ?

Whisper at 0%

My Whisper - Grass has been showing 0% power for the past few days.  It was overcast for a while so I thought that was the culprit but it has been sunny for the past 3 days and still showing 0%

2 programs scheduled on one day

I added an afternoon program after the morning one had run to run daily as very hot over next few days. After setting it up I went into schedule to make sure it was there and all that appears on the day is the morning schedule with a yellow triangle with exclamation mark instead of the usual tick to say it was done. I did see it running the morning schedule.


Why doesn't the afternoon schedule show up as well as the morning one?

Manual recurring programs

I am trying to set up a recurring program that all my zones are watered for 15 minutes each every second day as there is currently a summer heat wave in New Zealand. However when I set the program up it does not show n the schedule. Is there a special trick to saving manual recurring programs??

Whisperer sensor flashing blue

I reset my Whisperer sensor by following the reset instructions and on restart it flashed white. I added the sensor via the app but it didn’t produce a WiFi signal and I couldn’t connect to it in Settings on my iPhone. After a while it flashes dark blue. 

What is happening and how can I fix it?

Netro Spark 16: Issue with sprinklers not firing, then not turning off

Howdy!

I recently purchased a Spark 16 and have wired it in to a current srinkler system which was working fine with an old Toro controller. 


The Spark is acting very unusual, compred to the old system. As per the instruction booklet, I wired 8 wires in Zone 1-8 for the 8 sprinkler zones which are being used. I then wired the 24VAC and Common wires (x3)  in without an issue.


At first, both manual, smart and program modes worked with no issue.


I then tried to run a manual start with each zone runnig for 1 minute as a test. The app seemed to not be able to turn off the manual program if I hit the stop button in the app.


The unit was acting like there was no issue (valve test and server test on the app all looked fine), but if a program was due to run, the unit woudl display that a zone was active/watering, when it clearly was not watering or active.


I then did a full reset and install of the unit, and am still having the same issue.


The sprinkler wiring has 3 common wires - if I wire them all into the left hand side C wire port on the Aprk, it seems to struggle with turning on any zones at all, but intermitterntly. If I wire two of them into the left hand side C port, and one of them into the right hand side C port, the spark cant seem to turn off the sprinklers after they have turned on.


Help! It seems to be a common wire issue, and the app/unit also seems to be buggy.

Sprite-6 connected but App says offline

My controller Sprite-6 is connected with wifi: solid light. The Web app shows that it's running and watering fine (see attachment), but the android app (version 3.0.0) cannot connect to the Sprite-6 and always says "offline". I tried to uninstall and re-install it, but no luck. I also tried installing the iphone app on my wife's iphone, but it's the same. I don't know what's wrong, there's no error message. Is there going to be an updated version of the app to fix this issue? What can I do to resolve this problem?

i can't connect wifi for sprite 6 . product
The wifi I connect to is 2.4G, still using it normally before the app is updated

is there any way to fix this as i'm a seller and my customers are constantly responding to this but can't fix it.

Yellow Triangle on every other run

I have 2 Pixies and both are on smart schedule. However, one has been acting up and showing a yellow triangle without any explanation for every other run.


Example:


Pixie 1 - Nov 24 - Good run

Pixie 2 - Nov 24 - Good run


Pixie 1 - Nov 26 - BAD run - yellow triangle

Pixie 2 - Nov 26 - Good run


Pixie 1 - Nov 28 - Good run

Pixie 2 - Nov 28 - Good run


Pixie 1 - Nov 30 - BAD run - yellow triangle

Pixie 2 - Nov 30 - Good run


Why would this happen????  I have cameras and PIXIE 1 DID NOT RUN on 26th and 28th.

My Pixie can't enable manual mode, when i manually launch the app it says "Pending" and it doesn't work

Whisperer temperature and moisture readings are way off

I recently bought a whisperer and for the first few days it worked perfectly but now it consistently reports the temperature as being over 300 degrees celcius, and soil moisture at 0% even while it has been raining here for a week.

I've tried relocating the whisperer and deleting and re-setting it up twice but get the same result.

I'm unsure what else to try. Does anyone have advice or a fix for issues like this?

Hola les cuento mi experiencia con Netro, trabajo actualmente en el estado de Nueva York, y tengo 500 plantas de bluebery en Chile souh America, y lo controlo desde acá, he tenido excelentes resultados con el sensor de humedad, me hubiese gustado que el sensor fuera más largo, pero con el actual se ha manejado perfecto, también creo que deberían diseñar una caja más robusta para exteriores, estoy muy feliz con la aplicación con el equipo y el sensor.
