I have three whisper sensors,  all of them  but one is reporting moisture levels.  Temperature and sunlight are correct, but moisture is 0%.. I have reset the self learning, Did a hard reboot, and  Reattached the sensor to a different wireless network.  What else can be done?

Best I can tell from the cursory technical specs is that for the Sprite the backup for a custom (not smart) watering schedule is in the cloud and for the Spark the backup is stored on-device in nonvolatile memory.  Is this correct?

I'm only using a sprinkler system to water St. Augustine grass on a .2 acres in South Florida. The entire area is flat and has the same soil make-up (loam). Direct sunlight shines mostly all day on every area other than a small 10'x40' strip on the west side of the house that is shaded part of the day. I have no trees and no plants. I have a Sprite controller and 1 whisperer sensor which is connected to the 3 zones that get the most sunlight. The learned % is at 55%

I don't see any benefit in using the whisperer. Thoughts?

I have 5 zones programmed daily in 15/20/35 mins intervals however when I goto the home screen I see them all in 15mins intervals... Seems as the home screen bypass' the current daily programmed schedule.  How do I have my programs run as intended 15/20/35 .ins intervals vs the 15mins it self imposed?

Is their a cycle and soak setting that can be chosen on the spark controller?  Several smart controllers on the market offer the setting.

I just got unit garden hose pixie unit. I am looking for a manual watering on demand button. I want to be able to turn it on and off an needed. Right now i see I have to wait 1 hr or so to turn it on. Am I missing something here? Please help. Thanks in advance. 

I have a mister setup with multiple Herb racks and raised garden beds. I just got a Pixie and a few Whispers. My hope was using one Pixie and monitoring each bed with a whisper. Is this possible? Can I create multiple zones? Is this something going forward that might be possible? I don't want to set them up as standalones.

Why is my light flashing on my Netro?

I am interested in buying the netro sprite but there is something I dont understand about the annual subscription (I do not understand English very well).
What stops working in the netro sprite if I don't have a renewed subscription?

Hi have a standalone sensor in  a pot indoors. For the last 4 days since I have had it running its asked me to water every day. Which I have. I would like to know what the parameters for my plant are for it requesting water.

Also it shows 2% battery in the app in the day and 0% at night. The web app shows 15% all the time it seems.

Anyone have similar issues?

Hi, I will apreciate if someone can help me, I'm going crazy, becouse suddenly, one of the solenoid valve stopped after 10 seconds. But the app show that it is running. I changed the valve with a new one, but same 7-8 seconds after run, it stoppes. Pls help me! Thanks

I have one whisperer,used in indoor garden.it looks like the solar is not enough for the charging. 

Any idea I can fix it?

Controller didn’t turn on sprinklers at 0400hrs today.  Instead schedule shows yellow triangle with exclamation symbol, but gives no breakdown on why system didn’t turn on water.  If controller shows exclamation, it would be nice if it showed an actual description of problem/event.  

I just got my system winterized today. Netro box is still on. Do i just unplug it for the winter?
