Netro Sprite not adhering to "Time Frame" setting

Hi... I've set my Netro Sprite's watering "time frame" (under Settings) to be between 7 and 11pm. It still however schedules its watering start time at 6pm.  How can I fix this?

Dear customer,


We just checked your account and we find time regulation in your area: No watering between 6 am and 5 pm. So Netro will only water your zones before 6 am or after 5 pm. Please let us know if the water regulation is correct.

Hey thanks, but I actually want it to water in the evening. Instead of 6PM when the sun is still out and warm, I want it to water an hour later at 7PM.

Dear customer, to skip watering during 5 pm to 7pm, you can go to Settings->Restrictions, select start time 5pm and end time 7pm in the time frame to add a restriction.
