This is a disaster, exactly the same thing happens to me, I program the Pixie and sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn't, I get the triangle with the exclamation mark and it doesn't water. I've been trying to get it to water for more than a year and I've almost given up on it, I have another much less sophisticated device from another brand in parallel and it never fails. I think Nitro should serve their customers better.
