Sprinklers still running but not showing on in app

Anyone know why my Sprinklers are still on even though it shows they’re not running in the app?

same issue here, they usually dont stop at all... only if i unplug and re plug the device...


solution ? i installed and set up the device first time, but seems like, it does not work... ://

sometimes it stops... but usually i manually run a cycle and the app shows it turns off after the given time and turns on the next one and etc... but in real, it does not shut down for example the second zone and it is turner on until I unplug the device from the socket....

the device receives the signals,. every time i do something the device blinks but nothing happens....

ideas ? all wires are ok certaimly, if it would wrong, it could not even start the zones at all...
