Battery not holding charge

I have noticed in the past two days that timer is offline. Checked and hit button on timer and no activity even after 3 second hold. Brought battery in to charge via USB cable until LED on battery was green. Reinserted battery into timer, LED on timer blinked red once and now will no respond to anything I do. Battery obviously not holding a charge. Any answers?

I'll answer myself. Give a nasty review on Amazon and see where that gets me. All questions have been answered here except mine. So be it. BAD reviews-R-us - and good luck I will not purchase from another BS company with poor Customer Service. Block the post but it will appear on Amazon.
