How do I incorporate a rain sensor (or other device) and make it override expected rainfall?

I am supposed to be in a rainy period but have missed the heavy stuff completely so that my pixie just remains off after reading the forecasts.

What’s the best way of correcting for actual rainfall?

How to stop watering all zones after rain?

We had 1/2” of rain this afternoon and the scheduled watering came on tonight. Is there an easy way to stop watering all zones for that day?

What does it mean and what do the application do?

Problemas con la conexión Wifi

Buenos días hace una semana que instalé Netro 12  estaciones

He perdido la señal wifi en tres ocasiones. He observado que para que vuelva a estar en línea debo desconectar de la corriente eléctrica y volver a conectar el programador,. Me gustaría saber si esta es la manera normal de proceder.

Por otro lado también he observado que si esta fuera de Línea, no riega el jardín lo  que  supone  un problema, pues el programador no lo tengo en mi vivienda habitual.

De que manera puedo resolver estos dos problemas.

Data out of the API

Although you have provided a lot of data via the api. And for all of you who wanted to get data out to your smart hub, it's there for the grabs ! 

ONE DOWNSIDE, i would have expected the battery data of the plant sensor to be provided for the start and potentially the state of the sensor. Although that you could potentially use the last update, to deduct this. When can we expect this to get updated ?

Home screen shows next Watering for each zone in non stacked hours

I am confused. I have a program setup for zone 1-5 to start water starting at 9:00am on Tuesdays. I looked at the Home Screen today and it shows the next Watering for each zone to be like: Zone 1=8 Hours, Zone 2=11 Hours, Zone 3=11 Hours, Zone 4=7 Hours, Zone 5=8 Hours. 


It’s 10:30pm on Monday night now. Why are the times shown different? I want Zone 1 to start at 9:00, Zone 2 to start when Zone 1 finishes, Zone 3 when Zone 2 finishes... why are these times all over the map?

Weather Provider Error

I'm using the beta app. I changed my weather provider from Dark Sky to AccuWeather and now I'm trying to change it back, but am getting the attached error. Any ideas on how I can go back to Dark Sky?

One zone not working

One zone suddenly stopped working. I can activate the zone by manually turning the solenoid. I have unplugged and restarted Netro. In the app, it shows the zone running but no water is flowing. Any ideas?

I have two controllers: a Sprite with 6 zones and a Pixie faucet controller.  I would like to use Google to start and stop watering on the Pixie faucet controller.  The User Guide FAQ says:


"3. What if I have multiple controllers?

Unfortunately, Google Assistant doesn't support multiple devices. The NetroHome action controls your first Netro controller. If you have multiple Netro irrigation controllers, please try with Google Home."


How do I control the PIxie in the Google Home app?

Skip zone

We have 11 zones...I want to skip 1-3 and 7-8 an have them water every other day. I can't seem to figure it out! Unless I do it manually?

Sensor doesn’t work correctly

In the daily pie chart the temperature seems correct, but in the weekly chart the temperature is different. The same for other parameters.

The graphic is very poor.

 Any suggestion.

How do I know what the goal % moisture is according to my plant (Agave). The app essentially tells me to water daily which seems a lot.

The app indicates that it waters and does not do it in reality

Hi all,

My problem is that in the app it appears that it is watering each area and the reality is that it either does not water at all or water less time. I have been on vacation for a few days and I have found the dry grass and two trees without leaves. A disaster. I have been communicating with the support service by email for several days and I do not have a clear answer to this problem. Can anybody help me?
