I have changed the name of my Wi-Fi. I need to change my Wi-Fi connection to its new name

Hi- been using your sprinkler controller for several years and have recently added a new WiFi network. 

I'm following the instructions how to switch the Netro controller to a new WiFi network. After resetting the controller, it change my iphone WiFi network over to Netro-XXX (which tells me I have no internet access). 

When I return to the Netro app and click 'Next', it just keeps instructing me to connect to Netro-XXX first. 

The Netro controller continues to blink despite unplugging it so stuck in limbo now.

I have a Netro Sprite (6 zones).

I would like to water one time a week, 4 hours per zone in one run. I am not able to make programmes and single runs longer than 60 minutes. 

Am I doing something wrong, or is this not supported?

All zones are programmed to run but only zone 1 runs.

Conectados por usb a una fuente de alimentación son capaz de emparejarse pero al desconectarse dejan de funcionar 

Enchufados a la corriente la luz única un bucle de rojo de menos a más parpadeo amarillo y parpadeo verde. Los puedo dejar cargando por usb 12 horas pero al desconectarlo se mueren

My password keeps dropping, and I have to re-enter the password every time I want to use my phone to access programs.

It would be nice to receive an alert when the whisperers are running out of battery 

Developers, can you add some indication to list of programs to see which is enabled, which is not?

Instead of going into each and scroll to the very bottom to check 'enabled'.

I think of either being grayed out or adding a sign, whatever simplest may work.

When edit turned on, I just cannot grab marks to the right to pull up or down. So what is that sign for (like > =)?

Mark on left at each program is to delete. That's okay.

I am a user of the Netro system and I need assistance with my zone configuration.

Currently, I have a specific zone (named "Goccia") set up with a User Program (fixed days and fixed minutes). I do not want the Netro AI to change my watering duration or frequency.

However, I want the system to automatically skip my fixed program if it rains or if rain is predicted.

In my app settings for this zone, I see that "Smart Zone" is currently Disabled. My questions are:

1. If I enable "Smart Zone", will it overwrite my manual minutes and days, or will it only apply the "Rain Skip" feature to my existing User Program?

2. How can I ensure that the system follows my fixed schedule strictly, but still uses weather data to skip cycles during rain?

I want my manual program to be "Weather-aware" without becoming "AI-controlled".

Zone 4 correctly runs when zone 4 is activated

Good morning, if anyone can help me, I have two Netro control units installed 1 km from each other and they give me two different forecasts, both having the same weather portal, one irrigates it even with rainy days, while the other gives me the programming in 20 days.....

I switched the enable switch in the Netro app to disable and now I can't get it to turn back on. The app says "next run not scheduled". When I close the app and reopen it, the switch has moved back to the disabled position. Nothing works, I can't even manually water. The controller has a green light showing and I have tried powering the controller off and back on and it reconnects without an issue but the app will not work.

My Netro system is not skipping watering on rainy days. As shown below, it still watered even though it is configured to skip the previous day, the rainy day itself, and the day after. Any recommendations?

Can you have multiple locations or do you have to setup separate accounts?

If separate accounts, how do you do that?

Any way for end user to open and replace battery on a whisperer 2?  It is out of warranty.

For my lawn i have 2 watering zones, is there a way to "force" schedule to combine those 2 zones to always follow each other? I dont want to water half my lawn on Monday and the other half on Thursday.
