Can not connect to wifi

Hello. I have restarted my netro 16 after winter. First it connected ok and after a power lose i stopped connecting to wifi. I have tried everything. The light is solid as if is connected. Plese help. Thank you

Trigger a single zone based on zwave switch

Hi!

My pools water fill line is connected as a zone on my sprinkler system. I would like to trigger turning on and off a zone based on a zwave switch status. Can this be done, or should I return my netro for a different system? It looks like netro does not have api access, and IFTTT is extremely limited. Thanks

I only have 2 zones.  1st zone is programmed for only 2 days per week while the 2nd zone is programmed everyday and at a different time then the first zone.  However on the 2 days the first zone comes on, the second zone does not despite be programmed to.  As mentioned the on times are completely different.

It is offline and has no lights.  It it inside the garage and has had no environmental changes.

After 4 months of non use over winter, I cannot restart my Netro system 

1 sec  blinking of light and have pressed reset button but still get  message “off line” and blinking persists.  

I have a good WiFi signal.

No power to controller

Our controller has been working fine, and we had to replace some solenoids that were faulty. The controller is plugged into a verified live socket but no lights turn on. I can't hook up wifi, and it appears to be dead.

Salve a tutti, come da titolo la app durante la configurazione con smartphone in questo caso un IPHONE 7 PLUS con iOS 14.4 non riesce a completare l’accoppiamento con Netro , ho riprovato con smartphone Android con successo.

Ho fatto presente l’anomalia anche all’azienda costruttrice, la quale ci sta lavorando.

Chiedo a qualcuno di voi se ha avuto lo stesso problema.

Ignoring Restrictions for one zone

Hey Team,


Have one zone that is connected to drippers in an undercover area with hanging baskets


Need to set a regular schedule for watering in this area, that ignores restrictions for this area, but still applies for other zones. 

Is this available in the app at the moment?

Whisperer Not lighting up at night

I have two Whisperers connected to my system and neither are lighting up at night - they are set to report every hour and batteries of both are currently around the 66% mark.  Can you please advise?

Pixie Valve Issue

Hello!  Purchased a Pixie from Amazon.  Easily set up the device, charged the battery, connected to the outdoor faucet, but the valve won't open.  I tried both through the app and using the 2-push manual button.  Both changed the light to blue, but no water came out.  A click could be heard though.


The tap was most certainly on.  Is there a solve for this or did I just get a bad lot?

I was going to cut the grass today, went outside and....saw that already watered 2 zones... Then i went into the app, nothing was recorded... 

Should we expect an update of the interface?

Meaningful integration to any home automation platform

I've now integrated Netro with amazon, google and IFTTT. None of these integrations are meaningful. I don't want to use a smart speaker to control the Netro devices. The weather and the plant types define my watering schedules, they don't need my voice.

What i'm looking for is the data collected from the Whisperer, watering schedules (past, present and future) and the health of the devices (offline/online, battery, etc.). 

My main home automation platform is Home Assistant and it would be great if we would have a Netro plugin to this system like you see with Rachio (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/rachio/).

Offline buy watered

Hello, today i received a pop up at 2 o'clock at night, that the app was offline.

No manual program was enabled.

But at 7 oclock, netro was watering! (I have a manual program, but this is disabled).

Then Netro has not recorded in calendar the watering...


I had to restart both WiFi extender and netro in order for it to come back online. This is the 4th restart in 2 weeks..

Manual winter program not working

Hello, I’m in Texas and have set up a manual program to water every 2 weeks. I see it as a program but when I log in the default screen shows a completely different watering schedule. 

Am I doing something wrong?
