Problem: Spark 16 controller stuck on "in communication"

I'm experiencing a serious issue with my Netro Spark 16 controller. It connects correctly to Wi-Fi and appears online in the app, but when I try to start irrigation manually, the app just stays on "in communication" and nothing happens.
The problemm is with the 4g Vodafone/HoMobile provider as yout mentioned in https://netrohome.com/en/forum/posts/4052
I have already asked several time the update for the device, but nobody reply me
i wrote also to Netro support email: support@netrohome.com --> nobody reply me.
What should i do to have this update?
