I have one Whisperer up and running just fine. Based on this I purchased a second. The second produced readings that were inconsistent when the device was placed next to the first Whisperer (read about half on moisture when compared to the first). So, I sent it back to Amazon for a replacement. The replacement arrived and it also appears problematic. The light reading is normal, but the temperature is 486 degrees F and the moisture is 1 percent. The device is stuck at these aberrant readings and they are obviously problematic. I've tried deleting the device and reinstalling several times. The result is the same.

Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.

I have pixie for one year, the first year is was working perfectly. Nevertheless when i reinstall it this spring, I observed a frequent problem : 

when pixie start watering, there is like a air cavitation noise in the pixie and the pressure of the springer is almost zero, I have to manually turn off the tap then reopen it ( while pixie is still on) to recover the full pressure in the watering system. Meaning that the system is useless if i am not at home to each time turn off then on the tap. 

Can you provide me some tips to troubleshoot, and fix this issue?

I am having reconnecting to my home wifi after I changed the router.

I've followed the steps, reset thru the box and can see netro network come up. But it doesn't connect. Tried several times with unplugging the box completely but not resolved.

Hi all, one of my whisperer is not working after the winter season. If I press the button it just blind a red light and then nothing. I have left it under plenty sun for the last 3 weeks but nothing appened... Any suggestion? Thanks

Does the Netro Pixie timer work with low pressure or gravity watering systems? 

My whisperer shows 99% humidity stuck in one zone in the hourly and dashboard views. The weekly daily monthly views all show progressively dropping humidity. Which one is correct and how do I possibly reset this ? Also do my watering schedules get affected by the hourly or the daily humidity ?  My other whisperer shows consistent data between hourly and other views.

Just renabled netro after winter.  I see that the app thinks it has rained over the last few days, but there hasn't been any rain.i have darksky as the provider.  Is darksky still working?

Purchased in Nov of 2020 and stored until recently in basement.  When I went to put it for the season the battery was dead.  I understand it needs to be charged which I did for two days.  When I turn it on, I get solid white, then green and then red.  I also noticed it’s missing from my sensor list in the app. Like it has been deleted.   If I click edit button. Nothing happens.  Can you please help?  Thank you.

I am seeing 20%+ increases in soil moisture when there is no rain and I am not watering and also 20%+ reductions in moisture directly after watering which seems counterintuitive. Is this normal? Can anyone explain what is going on to me? Thank you!

I installed my nero sprite-12 2 months ago. Today , finally, I connected my 6 valves and the C cable to the Nero. Then, I tried to watering the first one (doing play bottom) but the valve does not work. I put 24v int he valve directl and it started watering. Then, I check with a multimeter the output for the valve in the nero controller and It was 0v.

Then, I delet the controller in the app and tried to reset the Nero sprit but I doesnt do anything. I hold the rst button during 8 or more second  several times but the led stills keep lighting and no wifi radiated to connect. 

¿How Can I solve this issue?

I am using a master valve upstream of my branch line solenoids. It seems that the master and downstream solenoids shut off simultaneously, or, perhaps, the downstream solenoid shuts off first. This means that when the system is off there is high pressure between the master valve and the solenoids.

This isn't ideal for the case where the user has high water pressure, and (in Australia) when using 19mm poly pipe it can result in slow dripping leaks until the pressure releases. This pressure isn't present when the downstream solenoids are operating. 

Additionally, I notice a hammering sound when the system starts up. I wonder if this is from two valves opening almost simultaneously?

Can I ask/suggest, if a better method of solenoid timing is:

For start of run: downstream solenoid 'on', wait 1 second, master valve 'on'

For change of zones: downstream solenoid of current zone 'off', wait 1 second, downstream solenoid of new zone 'on'

For end of run: master valve 'off', wait 1 second, downstream solenoid 'off'

Would that seem practical? I'm thinking of how to reduce stress on the components in the system.

Hello, wondering why my watering controller kept going offline.  Once turning it off/on, it will goes online again but will go off in several hours later.  Is it time for me to get a new controller?  I hope not

My solar powered controller doesn’t charge its battery - not sure if it’s a battery problem - the controller is under direct sunlight for at least 6 hours every day.

I’ve set it to water for 1 hour every day so it’s a simple On/Off once a day.

Have other people had this issue?

I have a 6 zone Netro sprite and need to update my wifi settings. No matter what I do I'm unable to get the Netro to enter host mode. I've tried hitting the RST button numerous times before or after manual reboots (even waiting the full 3+ minutes after re-plugging the device in). I even tried a full manual reset by holding the RST button for 10 seconds and the device still doesn't reset. I'm starting to doubt whether the reset button on my device works.

Has any one had any similar problems or pointers for just getting the Netro to join a new WiFi network? I'd rather not do a full reset and lose my zone settings, but at this point I've even tried that and can't get that working.
