I have historical irrigation on zone “n” and I can get schedule data from the API if the zone is turn ON, but if I put this zone in unavailable, the API does not get the historical schedule data for this zone. I have to manually put available the zone, download from API, and then turn off this zone for get the whole data.

I think is not the expected behavior.

Sprite 6 will not connect

I’ve tried all of the trouble shooting and suggested steps to reconnect my Sprite 6 to my home network.  I’ve been trying for weeks.  I need to speak to someone in person to try to resolve this.  I either need a phone number to call or need someone to contact me at (414) 949-1944.

Random manual runs in the log

Hello ,

I have random manual run in the log some times few seconds sometimes few minutes 

I’m 100% sure it’s not manual, I.e. nobody manually activated watering 


I have noticed recently but if I got back to the history I see it’s going on for a while … 


How it be fixed ?

I cannot connect to the Netro App on my Android phone anymore. Can you please check and let me know why it wont let me connect? I restarted trh device a few times now.

Defective Whisperer

As following my message you asked for my delivering address I assumed that you were going to send me a new Whisperer.

As I have not received anything up to now any ad it is quite a long time should I take advantage of the offer you sent by mail for Black Friday and buy a new Whisperer.

How can I manually activate Nitro Pixie IMMEDIATELY?

I just installed my new Netro Pixie, and I'm in the process of learning how to use it.

I tried the manual activation feature, however the app allways reply that irrigation will start after a (prolonged) period - in the range of 1 hour).

Why?

Is it possible somehow to get an immediate activation of the manual irrigation command?

Netro's Alexa commands in ITALIAN

I just connected my new Netro Pixie set-up to my Alexa system.


While the irrigation command works, instead the stop irrigation does not.


I use the sentence "Alexa, chiedi a Netro Home di smettere l'annaffiata", but Alexa answers "Non lo so" (I don't know).

Does anybody know the working Italian command to stop irrigation?

New whisper not showing up in the app

I have added a new whisper (gen 2 with usb) but it doesn't show up in the app. I have tried to reset it and add it again but i get an error saying it's already on my account.  What should I do next? Where can I see which devices are on my account?

ho installato da qualche giorno il mio NETTO per irrigare le piante del giardino, e nonostante non fosse previsto nella pianificazione, è partita l'irrigazione spontaneamente senza sosta. Ho dovuto chiudere il tubo dell'acqua per fermarla. Cosa devo fare?

I purchased a Netro sensor about one month ago at NetroEU shop through Amazon and got no news about my delivery. I remember it was also a bit complicated to get this Netro sensor the first time I ordered it due to taxes that significantly increased the price. 


What is the best way to get your products ? I am really fond of these latter but a bit upset it is so a big deal to get them. 

If you have solution it would be great.

Location issue when adding sensor

I have a pixie and whisperer 2 set up and working fine, but I am trying to add another whisperer 2 as a standalone sensor and keep getting an error message that I need to enable location services on my phone.

I have checked the location permissions and settings in my phone (android 13) and everything is fine. The address I am adding is exactly the same as what was entered for the pixie and other whisperer. 

I was able to successfully add the second sensor by entering an address in the USA which suggests it may be an issue in the app itself and since I am in Australia that isn't a permanent solution for me.

Has anyone encountered this issue or have a fix?

New phone - deleted schedules??

A couple months ago, I got a new iPhone and automatically migrated all my content over from iCloud backup - including the Netro app. However, it seems like my watering schedules have all been lost or deleted. 

We have had quite a bit of rain and cold weather - so I kept thinking it was automatically correcting / adjusting for that - but now have confirmed that all the schedules are gone. 

Is this a bug? Or a setting? Or perhaps user error?

I see in this community a lot of request to get a meaningful integration with one of the major hubs on the Market. 

Looking at the integration with amazon, google can't be described as meaningful. For example, I'm not interested to command the water of the lawn via voice. I expect that Netro knows when to water and when not. What is interesting is to get a notification is somethings wrong. 

For example, the app tells that the sprite has watered the lawn but the whisperer indicates that the ground is dry. Another example would be that there are problems with the whisperer.


Hence I'm wondering when we can expect an integration to for example home assistant.

Customized moisture level not triggering watering

I have a Sprite with 3 Whisperers, all in the veggie patch.


I have the zones set to customize with a low of 25% and a high of 45% (I find 30 - 35 % moisture about right)


But the zones just won't get watered!


Zone 1 is down to 6% today and has been dropping steadily for days.

I HAVE to manually water, as the day time temperatures are consistently over 30 degrees (today 33, tomorrow 37).

Otherwise the plants will die.


Given there are only two values to enter (low and high). How do I stop the Netro from skipping days and putting the zones in the "Moisture" category??

Hi, I'd like to reduce the watering time in 1 zone which gets dumped each time Netro waters. The other zones are ok. Is there a way to do that in the smart mode? Maybe set an offset for that specific zone?
