thank you for answering my questions quickly is the Netro Spark controller running a program but if the wifi is absent

currently I have a rain bird 4 station device without wifi which gives me satisfaction but unfortunately without wifi zpres research on the internet your device interests me and I want to have some explanation

 - does the device work and trigger the irrigation program in case of wifi failure

 -Does the device back up program data in the event of a power outage?

 - does the humidity sensor come with the device i no where can i buy it
