Currently we have shared user function that can be used for landlord and third-party situation. You can register a main account for a device and add the third party as a manager.

Please let the shared user download the app and use his own email register an account with Netro first. Then you can add his email as a shared user in your account.

I can’t figure out why two of my zones are showing as smart zones

Dear Brian,


We found you have enabled smart zone feature for your zone 1 and zone 4. In this level, your zone 1 and zone 4 will be watered automatically by Netro with smart schedules. 


If you do not want smart zone schedule to override your own programmed schedule but still need the rain delay feature , you can set up the Smart Zone level from Advanced to Basic, which only skip rainning days for your programmed schedule. ( Settings->Zones->Smart Zone)

Cannot add sensor to Pixie controller

Dear customer,


Are you adding an existing sensor to your Pixie timer or moving standalone sensors to a zone?

To move the stand alone sensor to a zone, first you have to go to Settings->Sensors->Edit(upper right corner) and then delete the sensor. Next you will have to go to the home page. There is a drop down menu and please select your timer, then tap the "+" button on the upper right corner,  go to Add a Product->WifiDevice-> Plant sensor and then complete the following procedures to add the sensor. You will need to press the button 6 times on the back of the sensor to change its mode to Setup mode (light blinking slowly).


Please let us know if it works.

We suggest 1000feet. However, zone area will not affect smart watering. It is used to calculate water usage.
