This morning we noticed that my Sprite light was flashing. I tried to get into the app and it kept saying network error. I booted the Sprite, I booted my router, and the light is no longer flashing.
But when I try to log into the app now it says network error. I logged into metrohome.com and my Sprite was able to work from naturalhome.com, but I am still not able to log in to the app. I use the same login at netrohome.com as I did with my app.
We recommend trying the following steps to resolve the issue:
Delete the current app from your device.
Re-download it from the app store and then log in again. Could you give this a try and let us know if it works?
