Valves Turn On manually but dont Turn OFF

Hi Friends, on The APP I Turn on a sector manually but when I ask APP to Turn Off, dont do!

ONLY Turn off if I unplug The system .


Can you help?

Could you please check if your water valve and your power adapter are 24VAC? Not DC?
