Hi, I am just about to sell our house and with it the Netro Retic system. How do I change the owner email? I’ve tried it in the app but it keeps failing 🙁

You can guide the new owner through downloading the Netro app and registering a Netro account. Then could you please send your request to our support@netrohome.com email? Our technical team will assist you in resolving the issue.
