Dear customer,

Could you please let us know the LED status? Could you please follow the steps below to reset the unit:
1.Power off the device(unplug the power adapter)
2.Wait for 2 seconds, plug the power back in
3.Wait for 3 minutes for the device to start up
4.Press the reset button for less than 1 second to do a soft reset (use a pin insert to the RST hole button, when you feel a "click" release the button)
5.Wait for 5 seconds. This should set the light to slow blinking.
6. Then you can go to the Netro app -> settings-> controller -> change wifi network/password.

Please let us know if it works.

I am having the same issue. Wifi reset is not resolving it. Controller shows on line, when manual watering is selected it says communicating then the controller goes offline

Update, I reset my Asus ac86u router to defaults and reconfigured my wifi. I then reset the wifi on the netro and it's working. Maybe Asus changed something yesterday.

Hello, unfoetunatelly I'm not at home. Do you know if it will continue to water the plants if it is offline? The app is saying me that it gave the water 3 hours ago...

Dear customer,

Sprite will continue to execute the next 32 pre-loaded schedules if the Wi-Fi connection is lost, for example the router or the internet service is down.
