Same results here, no customer support.  I can’t even get my system to work…period!  We need to go to social media to spank them!

If there is no light when you press the button, the sensor is completely out of battery. We suggest you continue leave the sensors under direct sunlight for several more days to charge. If the weather not good, it may takes longer time. 

If you have incandescent bulb light at home, you can also charge it under your incandescent light, make sure the light bulb is close to the solar panel. 

It takes some time for our R&D to look into the questions and check the user account. We have replied to the posted questions now. You can also directly send us email to support@netrohome.com with your Netro account registered email.

When I took mine out of 5 months of storage I did it a few weeks before I was going to set up my plants and irrigation system and just stuck them (I have 5) in the sunniest spots for a while and they recharged themselves. You may need to do the same. I'd give it a good full day of direct sun and see if that helps anything. 

They do respond on email and often ask for technical issues to be sent there. 

I think this space is for getting answers from other users. You should probably contact the company directly for product issues. Hopefully they will respond quickly!
