Metro Sprinkoer states it's running but it's not

I have noticed recently that my lawn has been dry. When looking at the app, it states that the schedule ran successfuly. I decided to test manually today and have noticed that even thougit says it is watering, it is not. I would estimate at least a two weeks that it has not ran. Also had a bunch of offline online notifications. I completely disconnected and reconnected from power and still no luck.

It happened to me frequently this past summer. I figured out it had to do with me being out of town and the app not responding well to out of area connectivity. I've even seen it pause during a watering cycle.
