If I shut down the app and restart, it works for the 2.5 min and shuts down again. 

I was wondering if there had been a software update ?

My Whisper - Grass has been showing 0% power for the past few days.  It was overcast for a while so I thought that was the culprit but it has been sunny for the past 3 days and still showing 0%

i can't connect wifi for sprite 6 . product
The wifi I connect to is 2.4G, still using it normally before the app is updated

is there any way to fix this as i'm a seller and my customers are constantly responding to this but can't fix it.

Before the update you could water a zone on demand. Where did that feature go?

I bought two whisperers in May this year. The one that got less sun has has depleted its batteries to 0 and will not recharge in clear (albeit Autumn) skies - it it defective? It doesn't even appear to want to charge.

I wanted to do a blowout for the winter . It was rainy today and i manually put the zone on . No water was coming out , the heads did not pop out , but the timer was counting down . Is this because it was raining ? How do i override that

The app interface just changed and I can’t see how to do a manual zone start. The play icon isn’t there.

- no info from whisperer which is working (blue light)

- no info from the controller which is also  working (solid green light)

I use my on a Bonsai tree inside , how can I recharge the battery, I’ve placed it facing a light bulb and tried to charge by placing it outside for a afternoon but it still says 0% battery 

I can't connect to Google

I am trying to set water restrictions. My watering days are Tuesday Thursday and Saturday before 6:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. I set up watery restriction on the app but it is not working correctly because right now it's set to water on Fridays and I don't know what I'm doing wrong

i have google home assistant and have linked the netro sprite. No problem on this for the past few months but today I  noticed that when I ask google to talk to netro home, google assistant would not respond and say netro home is no longer available.

I tried to re link netro on my google assistant and is able to do so without issues, yet during the command, I still get the same error that netro home is no longer available.

Any advice.

Hi, my Netro Smart Plant sensor has stopped working. I’ve tried a hard reset for 8 seconds but no LEDs come on.
