Hi Alfonso,


We only support Google Home voice control in English. Please use your google assistant app to find "Netro Sprite", either by directly typing "talk to Netro Sprite" or searching through the google assistant explorer. Then tap the "link" button, and you will be redirected to the account login page. After using your Netro account to be successfully linked, you will be able to use google home to work with Netro. You can talk to your Google home like: "Hey google, ask Netro Sprite to water zone two for 5 minutes." or "Hey google, ask Netro Sprite to stop watering." The Netro Sprite should start/stop watering accordingly. Currently these are the only two commands that we support. We will add more in future, for example, running a specific program.

Hi Derrick,


This could be speech recognition error. Could you please input the command in the google assistant and check it if works: "Talk to netro sprite to water zone 1 for 5 minutes"

New Whisperer won't turn on, Single Red LED flash

I had the same problem. 

The red light normally means that the whisperer needs to be charged.


A couple of hours is not enough. It seems that the solar modul charge with very low voltage. Try it with a couple of days in the sun.

In the moment one of my whisperer is also empty. Unfortunately is is cloudy and raining....

Dear Derrick, 


I found only one sensor under your account with name "Drip sensor", and it works normally. Could you re-install the sensor again if you have deleted it, such that we can check its details? Please make sure your sensor is not too far from you routers. You could press the reset button twice to make Whisperer sensor report a data immediately. If it's our product's problem, we will ship a replacement to you. 

Is there a way to reset all settings back to default?

Hi Derrick,


If you wan to reset all settings for your controller and delete all watering histoires, you can do a factory reset and please follow the below steps:

1.Power off the device(unplug the power adapter)
2.Wait for 2 seconds, replug the power back in
3.Wait for 3 minutes for the device to start up
4.Press and hold the reset button for 8 seconds to do a hard reset
5.Wait for 3 minutes. This should set the light to slow blinking.

6. Then you can go to the Netro app -> settings-> controller -> change wifi network/password
