Whisperer sensor already in account error

I had previously installed a Whisperer sensor and then removed it from the app.  I factory reset the Whisperer 3x successfully.  When I try to re-install it again, I go through the setup process and at the end, I receive a "Sensor xxxx already in your account".  I have gone to the app and website to see if the sensor is listed but it is not.  Any suggestions on how to fix this issue would be sincerely appreciated.
