Network Error with code: 3405

Hi everyone. When I try to add another user in the app, I get the message „Network Error with code: 3405“

Any solution for this?

Please note shared users must have a Netro account. Please let the user register a Netro account first. Please see this article about how to use the , shared user. http://www.netrohome.com/forum/posts/147

Hi Wency, registering an account for the shared user worked- maybe you could change the error message that it‘s a bit more self-explaining?
