whisperer off almost 1 month

seems that whisperer didnt collect data for almost one month!!, this is due to battery? we are in winter but it’s installed on a sunny place!! and app did no send alerts when this happens!!?

Hi Jose,


It is the battey issue. Could you please place the sensor under the sunlight for another 2-3 days to charge it up and see if it works?

whisperer is now not working, no data in app and pressing button only appears red light color
