Way to add weather stations

I find the Weather apps to be very inaccurate with respect to rainfall at my home. Is there a way to add a near by weather station for better accuracy?

The latest version App has a new feature to support Weather Underground PWS, in which you can specify the weather station you want to use.

If i try and add a weather station the app crashes.
