Under the tab which has the history of moisture that can be sorted by today, week, month - please make the today tab the same as the week and month tab. It is much easier to see and more useful to see if the data is laid out from left to right in a line graph, rather than in two different circles for AM and PM - you have to switch back and forth which isn't ideal, and it's harder to see when the moisture drops are happening.

Connecting Pixie to Google Home

I have the Pixie set up and working and showing in the Netro App. When I go to link Netro to Google Home the error message I get is no devices were found in your Netro account. The Pixie is definitely in my account.

Any help appreciated.

Battery Charging issue

I have a Whisperer that the battery runs down on, even when placing it in good sunshine. I can place it under a lightbulb a couple inches away for a couple of days and it charges up. But after placing back in th yard it goes down again. This is after placing it right next to another Whisperer that charges just fine. Have tried deleting and reinstalling. Is there something else I should try?

I installed my Whisperer and it seemed to work but after a couple of days when I checked the APP it just shows 0 at all three datafields. I see values in the overview (weeks, month etc.) though. What can I do to correct this?

Hi

My watering unit is programmed to water my lawn as necessary under the programs algorithm. However, I have numerous days when the watering is done twice— for exam0e it will run all the zones and immediately run the same zones again.  Anyone know how to fix that?

Moisture reading not working

It has rained for past 2 days and it still says moisture in grass is 50-60%. I don’t have sensors but my understanding is it supposed to change due to weather forecast! It doesn’t so not very smart!

Default Smart Zone settings

Each Smart Zone can be set to a preset, e.g. Frequent, Deep, Boost, EPA, etc.  If you click Customized, you can choose the Min and Max Soil Moisture, and the Flow Rate (inches/hour).  Presumably, there is a default value of these three choices for each of the presets.

How can I find out what the presets are for these three values?  e.g. for the EPA preset, what is the Min, Max, and Flow Rate?  Same question for all of the Smart Zone presets.

It rained yesterday yet my moisture sensors have not changed. How do you reset it or get it to measure correctly??

No data registers as zero

If I leave my sensor for a while it stops recording new data. The days where there is no data is recorded as a zero. This is obviously not correct.  Any plans on updating this?

Disconnect wifi almost every day without reasong

Netro disconnect almost every day 

from wifi , without any reason(such as  Internet connection  missing / electricity black out ) 

I have to unplug and rebooting  it goes back automatically to wifi connection

What i have to do to avoid this ?

trouble connecting sprite to wifi

I reset my netro sprite as work was being done on my sprinkler system.  It came back on slow blink.  I have not been able to reconnect to my internet.  when setting up netro shows up on my phone with good wifi connection, but will not connect. I have turned data off and still not luck. I have unplugged Netro sprite and still no luck. If anyone has any ideas please share.

We have 11 zones...I want to skip 1-3 and 7-8 an have them water every other day. I can't seem to figure it out! Unless I do it manually?

I have two controllers: a Sprite with 6 zones and a Pixie faucet controller.  I would like to use Google to start and stop watering on the Pixie faucet controller.  The User Guide FAQ says:


"3. What if I have multiple controllers?

Unfortunately, Google Assistant doesn't support multiple devices. The NetroHome action controls your first Netro controller. If you have multiple Netro irrigation controllers, please try with Google Home."
