Mutiple Zone runing at the same time and half the zone (6-12) not actually running

Hi,

My Netro-12 is currently running 5 zones at the same time when it was mannually turned on to go each zone at a time, also, the back end of the zones (6-12) does not respond to the app commands and whenever the app said the zones were turned on, it was still the first five zones that were running.
