Hi,

I’ve had a very similar problem recently: my netro which is 2 years old has just recently started doing this last month. After never losing connection it starts blinking white. All I have to do is reboot it and I also intend to add a smart plug that robots very 2-3 days.

Support told me all I have to do is manually update the firmware on my unit, but i’m scared to. They said I would not have re program the unit.

Haven’t decided what  to do here yet.

Any ideas helpful
