How does programs and smart watering coexist

Hi 

I have some basic programs to water.  At the same time smartwater is enabled on zones?  

It seems the programs run - but smart water does not control the duration 

Is there a way to specify when watering evens should start but let the smart water control duration?

Dear customer,


he Smart Watering function automatically adjusts the watering duration based on conditions such as weather and soil. If you want to precisely control the water duration and do not want smart zone schedule to override your own programmed schedule, you can set up the Smart Zone level from Advanced to Basic, which only skip rainning days for your programmed schedule.

I would like to control when (time) watering start - each zone will have its calculated duration, so the end time will vary (this is fine) - I do not like the zones start randomly in time. How is this possible? It is like executing a program but the zone duration is under smart(time) control

Dear customer,

You can go to Settings > Preferences > Scheduling to set your preferred time. However, please note that Smart Watering cannot strictly control the start time. I will forward your request to the R&D department for further consideration.
