One of my Netro device can’t open the valve.

I connected 3 zones and they were working fine last month. All of the sudden all 3 zones stop to work when I manually run the zones. I tested the voltage using multimeter. It seems the device has no voltage output at all when I run the zone.( I am assuming the correct reading should be about 24V). I tried to unplug/plug to restart the device without any luck. What should I do next?

Dear customer,


Your water valve may have a problem with a short circuit. There is a zone that is not normal and the current is too high. Can you please check the water valve and measure the resistance of the water valve?

Hi Wency. I just uploaded the picture of what I had tested yesterday. I pulled out all the wires to the sprinkle system. Manually turned on zone1 and made the test. As you can see the reading is way lower than it should be.
