invalid group ID 13015 invalid device status

I setup my device this summer and I don't see the photos I created for my zones that were there las summer. However if I login on the laptop web portal, I do see my zone photos. I also get the error message " invalid group ID 13015 invalid device status" and it shows as offline.
Please help.
