Hi everyone,


I’ve already opened three threads about this issue and I’m not giving up—here’s another one, adding to Stefano’s investigation. I’m experiencing the exact same problems, and from what I’m reading, there are many of us affected!


I’ve followed all of Stefano’s troubleshooting steps, including purchasing a second smart controller—but I’m getting the same results.


It’s now clear that the issue lies with the control server.


This lack of response and support is unacceptable, especially given how many identical reports have been submitted.


I strongly urge (we strongly urge) the team to ACT IMMEDIATELY and resolve the issue, as it seems to be a major problem affecting a significant portion of customers.
