I have a similar issue with my Spark 8. I’m also unable to start the valves manually. I’m based in Italy as well.

Everything worked perfectly for two years, but recently manual watering stopped working. I even tried replacing the controller, but the problem remains the same.

At this point, I believe the issue is on Netro’s server side.
