Dear Netro Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Netro Spark controller.

When I try to run a valve test or activate any zone from the Netro app, I get the following error:

“Master: Error (open circuit)”

However, when I operate the system manually from the controller, all valves and zones work perfectly.

Here are the steps I’ve already taken:
• Updated the firmware to version 3.3.0 (manually, via 192.168.2.1).
• Reconnected the controller to my WiFi network.
• Tried with a mobile hotspot as well – same issue.
• Checked all wiring and connections – everything is correct.

Could you please help me resolve this?
