why I can not see my currency (Euro) in the earning tab of the app?

I recently bought a whisperer and for the first few days it worked perfectly but now it consistently reports the temperature as being over 300 degrees celcius, and soil moisture at 0% even while it has been raining here for a week.

I've tried relocating the whisperer and deleting and re-setting it up twice but get the same result.

I'm unsure what else to try. Does anyone have advice or a fix for issues like this?

Hola les cuento mi experiencia con Netro, trabajo actualmente en el estado de Nueva York, y tengo 500 plantas de bluebery en Chile souh America, y lo controlo desde acá, he tenido excelentes resultados con el sensor de humedad, me hubiese gustado que el sensor fuera más largo, pero con el actual se ha manejado perfecto, también creo que deberían diseñar una caja más robusta para exteriores, estoy muy feliz con la aplicación con el equipo y el sensor.

All my whisperers after few months of use has started peeling off the solar panel protection. At the same time they have started to fail.

Is this a recurrent issue? Is this bad quality? 

They haven’t lasted much…

I bought two whisperers in May this year. The one that got less sun has has depleted its batteries to 0 and will not recharge in clear (albeit Autumn) skies - it it defective? It doesn't even appear to want to charge.

Hi. I have attached pictures of my screen that show that the app is repeating waterings on the same day,etc.  This doesn’t seem correct (they are drip irrigation zones)?

Did I set it up incorrectly?

I wanted to do a blowout for the winter . It was rainy today and i manually put the zone on . No water was coming out , the heads did not pop out , but the timer was counting down . Is this because it was raining ? How do i override that

Are there any issues with the Netro forecast function. I'm on the Beta version 3.0.0 and mine is not showing the forecast. The last data that was present was yesterday(Nov 6). 

The app interface just changed and I can’t see how to do a manual zone start. The play icon isn’t there.

Per agire in manuale ci ho messo 10 minuti X capirete dove l’avevano messo!!!

È molto meno intuitiva, poi che mi facciano vedere la foto delle piante non importa!!! Manco posso mettere le mie!! 

The home page does not show the usual info

- no info from whisperer which is working (blue light)

- no info from the controller which is also  working (solid green light)

Deleted the App and installed it again

I can’t see the manual run option any longer since the app seems to have updated.  Where has it gone please?

I have updated the app and reset my Netro Sprite and still have the same issue. In manual watering Zone 2 stops after 3mins despite I set 10 mins. 

I have no idea what to do now!

Should I stop irrigation during Winter? Or let the smart irrigation decide.

I use my on a Bonsai tree inside , how can I recharge the battery, I’ve placed it facing a light bulb and tried to charge by placing it outside for a afternoon but it still says 0% battery

My problem is that I change the watering time to 5min manually for each zone, but the actual watering time is the previous 1min, even when the app shows the new 5min watering. Also after restarting the app it is always goes back to previous 1 min. 

It seems the app doesn't save the new settings.
