Which Alexa app?

Just got a Pixie. I downloaded both Netro and Netro Home for Alexa. Both work, but should one be disabled? 


The Netro app seems a bit simpler to use (but still clunky). By contrast, Alexa asks if I want to open the Nextro Home app every time I give a command.


Ideally the commands would be simplified, but at least I can get it to work.

Please use "Netrohome" and disable "Netro". Amazon Alexa needs consistent training, we are still improving the training. Thanks for your feedback, I will bring this to our teach team attention.

Understood. I am a techie, but I got the Pixie in part because my wife is not. She needs to be able to turn the hose on from inside the house since our spigot is in a bad spot. (we run a splitter to soaker hose and sprayer).

Ideally, I could say: Water the backyard (instead of zone 1). Or at the very least, Alexa, water zone 1 for X minutes. Alexa, stop watering. Right now it's almost too hard to use Alexa since it doesn't respond consistently.
