How to stop watering if device is offline?

Hi Luca,

If device is offline, you can not stop watering from the app. You will have to unplug the power the stop watering.

ok, it s just a primitive resolution..why not a physical button on the unit? Unplugging the unit means also internet connection run off then I have to wait for device reconnect. And this device not seems to be so fast to restore it. thank you

Hi Luca,

Thanks for your suggestion and currently Netro are designing a newer version of Smart watering controller with physical button (Water on/off button, zone selection button, etc)
