I am trying to install my Netro Pixie and the vacuum breaker is blocking the filter on the Pixie. Any suggestions?

Your issue can be fixed by changing a filter. Could you please send us email to support@netrohome.com with your Netro account registered email and your shipping address? We can ship a filter to you.
