Moisture to skip watering

Is there any reason for which Moisture to skip watering cannot be less than 50% ? 
I appreciate any answer .

The 50% threshold is based on our analysis of the moisture requirements for most plants. If you find that this level is still too high for your preferences, we will certainly take that into consideration.

Thanks for the reply. And thank you for being willing to consider a change. In some texts I have found that moisture is still very good at around 20%. My lawn is still dangerously damp on the surface for fungi around 50% and currently I have to intervene manually to avoid harmful irrigation, so I would like it if it were possible to add levels lower than 50%. It's just custom anyway and it doesn't hurt anyone.
