New phone - deleted schedules??

A couple months ago, I got a new iPhone and automatically migrated all my content over from iCloud backup - including the Netro app. However, it seems like my watering schedules have all been lost or deleted. 

We have had quite a bit of rain and cold weather - so I kept thinking it was automatically correcting / adjusting for that - but now have confirmed that all the schedules are gone. 

Is this a bug? Or a setting? Or perhaps user error?

Hi Green,

We checked the smart zone feature is disabled for your zones. When the smart zone is disabled, the system will strictly follow the user program to water the zones. There is no intelligence here. Netro will not skip your schedules when there is rain.

Your program is only in effect during May~October so there are no programs recently. Please let us know if you see any further issues.

Is there a default mode / setting to activate a minimal watering schedule for the winter season which will take into account the city regulations (Eg day of the week?)

Hi Green,

Netro automatically applies to your city water regulation if the smart zone is enabled. You can report water regulation to us if it is missing. To activate a minimal smart watering schedule, we recommend you to choose Eco mode to reduce water consumption. Please go to settings->zones->select a zone->smart zone and choose your preferred watering mode, for example, Eco mode.
