Connecting problem with android

Having trouble connecting when adding product.

I get to set 3 set up wifi

I connect to netro unit. I cannot switch back to netro app. When I restart app, it wants me to connect to home WiFi..

....

Never ending cycle. Thoughts??

I figured out a work around.

I connected the unit via my wifes IPhone.

The phone I was having trouble with is a Samsung S20fe
