Google home

Hello,

My Netro Sprite Is linked with the Google assistant and Google home app. I can see Netro in both apps but for some reason Google doesn’t accept any voice command or type commands. I tried many times resetting and reinstalling apps still doesn’t work,please help

Hi Sasha,


Did you try other command e.g. "OK Google, start watering"?  "OK Google, talk to Netro Home". Could your provide us more details. If you are using the Google Home APP, does it work if you click the start button? If you using voice command, any feedback or error messages?

Hi,
Yes I tried all the voice commands none of them are working. I’m using iOS assistant, home and smart speaker same as my wife on android phone. We do see sprinkler on our home app , We can control it with the play button only for zone number 1. There are no error messages.

Is there any error message? As it works if you click the play button, our Netro API works for Google. For Google Home, the voice recognization and modeling is controlled by Google, we can do nothing except providing the API to be called by Google. For my device, it works with the command as shown in the guide: https://netrohome.com/shop/user_guides/3
