Watering adjustment settings

In the Netro app underwatering adjustment, what percentage setting is recommended under ‘moisture to skip watering’ and ‘moisture to add water’. I have a clay loam soil and we are having warm weather.

I have a selection of tropical plants; bananas (Musa Ensette) canas, gingers (Hedychium) solanums and giant dandelions (Sonchus)

We suggest set ‘moisture to skip watering’ at 80% and ‘moisture to add water’ at 50%.
