Hi,

I had to replace a dead timer a while ago, it and my whisperer are working great in my iPhone Netro app.

But ... when I log into my Netro home on a PC, using MS Edge web browser, my current equipment is not there, it has all my old stuff that should no longer exist ... I checked and am definitely logging in as the same account on both iOS and PC. It is very weird.

Is there any way to get this corrected?

I installed the sprite control unit.

I attach photos regarding the hardware and software version.

At the end of the installation I performed a manual test of the zones.
The problem I encountered is that at the end of the operating time the watering does not stop.

 How do I solve this problem?

As you can see the humidity sensor give some strange readings... 

How can change those values in such way without touching the sensor or watering. I'm scared of the reliability of such things... 

I have the whisperer to avoid watering over 40% humidity, but the system did not skip it

How can I get this to water a certain time.  Like my gardens at 6am?

I inputted my own program. I want it to water the durations I entered.  It doesn't.  How can I turn the so called smart feature off?

One of my zones is connected to a valve that controls pool fill. What "Plant Type" & Soil should I specify to get smart watering.

Hello, my Netro Sprite shows a firmware version of 1.0.0, assuming that is the initial firmware version. How does this get updated? Searched the web but no resources available. Thanks

I have 9 zones configured, all the same. Zone 1 water everyday while the rest no. How can I fix it? It does not need water everyday

For some time one of my zones won't start watering. I have changed the valve with a new one but still won't start watering. 

Any ideas? Thank you! 

Does anyone know what the exclamation icon means on the Metro App under schedule? 

I assume it means it didn't run, but why? These are the water schedules setup by Netro, I don't touch them. See screenshot.

Hello,

My system is not working. When I run a valve test, it shows all valves are normal but the master valve has an open circuit error. I have checked all the wires and there is not voltage at the wires at the valve itself. I used a volt meter at the Netro controller and there is no voltage coming out of the controller for the master valve. Any suggestions?

Hi I have 2 sensors and both read incorrectly. i put both ends into a bucket of water. 1 reads 50% other reads 75% both should red 100%. is there a way to calibrate them.

Update after 2 hrs both reading almost 100%. Do they self calibrate ?

How can I add a secondo whisperer to my pixie? 

Hi, Weather condition scheduling never worked and I've been using then Netro product for many years now. Currently both forecast & expectation are set at 0.1 threshold with skip (previous day, rainy day and next day). Weather station is set to NetroWeather and main app page is fairly accurate. Just today, it rained for most of the day and NetroWeather showed correctly "100% rain". Sadly, schedule program started anyway even though it was raining. I have changed weather provider, thresholds and nothing changes. This is very annoying to waste water, and I am looking for any tips how to mitigate this issue.

I recently added a drip irrigation system to my potted plants.  I do not have a dedicated zone for these plants, but instead tied the drip lines to a sprinkler head watering part of my lawn.   This zone uses the smart zone feature and works well.   The potted plants are under my roof and never see rain.    If I add a program for this zone with a daily frequency and 1 minute duration, will it still activate if raining?   I want both the smart zone to work as well as the program to work, but always needing the daily, albeit short program to run independent of rainfall.

Am I asking too much?   Otherwise, I must add another zone / valve to my system.

My sprinklers decided to schedule a 45 min watering on its own. 

Only noriced it was on when there was onlt one minute left.

Now rhe manual operarion is somehow set at 45min and even if I chanfe it to one minute it goes back to 45. I worry it will go off in the middle of the night at unschedule time. 

Water is precious where i live. We havent had any rain since November. 

How can I stop the app to set schedule on its own for crazy amount of time?

We are in zone 9 in Conroe, Texas and would love knowledge on best length of time to water and how often!  Recommendations please!
