How can I program the app so that it does not do automatic shedule watering, only those programmed manually, I only want the gespa dalt and gespa baix dryers to irrigate 1 minute a day.

This is so damn frustrating to use.

I set to water every odd day.  Start in March.  It’s March 3rd no watering being done and the app says next watering April.  

Any suggestions?   Been struggling with this app for two years now about to give up

I do not understand how many millimeters to set. I have microsprinklers of 4lt/h and 2lt/h. I thought to set to 4000ml/h but the max is 100ml/h.

How to calculate? I have a big terrace with 30 plants and various microsprinklers.

Hi there.

Trying to add my fifth and sixth Whisperers to the App, but I keep getting the error:

"Unable to get your location. "Please enable the location service on your phone."

Location services are on and the permission is set for the Netro app.

The app says "getting location" when it starts, but when adding the Whisperer, still says it can't get the localation.

Have rebooted the phone twice. Turned location services off and on. Unset and reset localtion permissions for the app, but still no progress.

Do I need to wipe all the data from the app? Will this lose all my settings or are they backed up in the cloud.

After 6 months of whispere’s exposed to sun, the protective layer of screen is started yo be deteriorated, losing the transparency property and protection to UV, meaning is catching up less sun.

Answer from Netro support after several exchanges had not been at the right level, despite that last topic was really well addressed.

“Thanks for your info and it should not affect the normal use of the sensor. Please let us know if you see any further issues during use.“

Check pictures and make your statement, but I am not convince about quality of manufacturing of the whispered elements.

Why does my spark smart controller skips smart schedules. I don't have any restrictions. 

I have programmed the irrigation for 20 min each zone but after 10 min it cuts alone and the app shows that it is watering. that could be happening?

One zone #9 sprinklers does not start watering when zone #9 is started on the console  display. Display showes watering synbol and E2.

What is E2 means?

Whether on Auto or OFF the light is always on and drains the battery as there is not much sun.

How do you find the sensor battery percentage on the netro app.

I have tried the guest network, I have tried restarting the router.

Sometimes it comes back and says the device is already there but it is not

I have tried two different pixies with the same results.

Hi, I'd like to reduce the watering time in 1 zone which gets dumped each time Netro waters. The other zones are ok. Is there a way to do that in the smart mode? Maybe set an offset for that specific zone?

Why is it when I select a manual watering it delays until wake up?

I have changed my email and password, but I can not find anyoption to change username.

Is it possible?
